"What can I say, I love comic books and all things comics. I sauntered into Captain Comics today to check out what they had in stock and I was happy to find they had both new and older comics. New to collecting? Short on cash? They have lots of comic books priced at .50 and $1.00. I like the Silver Age comics the most, however, I kind of felt like a little kid again getting to see all the wonderfully imaginative graphic stories that they had to offer displayed on their walls. The staff were really very nice folk and my experience here was great. One of the staff made me laugh really hard and I was not having the best day when I walked in, however, I left in much better spirits after my visit to Captain Comics. Thanks guys!"

"Lilly and the crew were amazing and oh so helpful, loved the help!! You can tell that they run a very organized yet relaxed business.. I felt comfortable coming in and was amazed at their selection and although they were out of the silver backs,( backing cardboard for comics) I was ok with it, shows me they stay busy..after asking some questions and getting more help from the crew I was able to get perfectly sized comic sleeves at a great price.. so with that, I will be back for sure!! Gotta get those backs.. Oh,!! and the bathroom was so clean I felt as though I needed to wipe a few clean things down to be sure it was up to standard, that was a first. I know it's kinda silly but a clean public or quasi public bathrooms,and theirs was quite impressive.. I give the experience 5 and 10++cleanliness and overall experience.. Al B . Boise"

We love the free comic book day when we get to browse around for all the latest and greatest new things and collectibles to buy. Can't wait for the next free comic day to come. All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's always a fun place to visit. It's been there ever since I was a kid."

"Very organized. Eagerly helpful and friendly staff. Good variety of comic back issues. Loved the discounted prices listed on the books. Fun $1 and $0.50 bins. Older books and keys are stored in back… ask for their inventory book to review their honey stock. Highly recommended."
