"Hailey at the front is a superstar always making sure customers don't wait at the front for service like other McDonald's in the area, food is always fresh at this location, especially when Hailey is running things, as a manager in a different industry, I definitely recommend McDonald's trains more ppl the way Hailey is trained to run this location. "Haven't been here in a while but they left a hash brown out of my order for about the 5th time. It's also nice to have salt and pepper for your eggs. It seems like the employees maybe do this on purpose since they are laughing like hyenas every 10 seconds."
"In a sense, McDonald’s is a safe haven for us, especially late at night when the only other establishments available are places are Mexican food and strip clubs.. The food was ok, I tried out the new Kerwin Frost Meal that was priced around $11-12. Nicely arranged little box with a toy that I most likely will get bored of playing with in a couple months time. The biggest concern was the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was overflowing trash in all the bins and paper receipts littered across the floor. We even spotted a floor mat resting on top of the trash receptacle which was unsettling. The ketchup dispenser was empty and instead of replacing the ketchup, they had the to-go packets placed underneath it, either indicating they were out of ketchup dispenser refill or rather they found it easier to make the guests do more work. The brief interaction with the employee who took our order was good, except the reason we had to interact was because they didn’t give us our Large drink cups to use for the fountain. All in all McDonald’s is the butt of a lot of jokes, but this restaurant could live up to more of its potential by taking some small steps to provide a more pleasant atmosphere."
"McDonald's has removed anything decent for you from their menu. Gone are the times of grilled chicken sandwiches, yogurt parfaits and blueberry muffins. This particular location makes it fresh, but fresh poison? I haven't been in their drive-thru for weeks, and I hope to keep it that way."
