After several issues that had nothing to do with Nick and Bretz RV, Nick worked hard to make sure everything went through his end of the deal according to plan and on time.. I cannot thank him enough. thanks Nick and Bretz RV! Sales manager was top notch! Paperwork sucks, but they made it less painless. Overall a five star experience. "Great experience there at Bretz RV with Nick Vavrica as our sales person. He listened well and showed us what he thought we wanted and what would meet our needs, rather than just the upsell. The team did a good job of showing us how our RV worked and working with us on a timeline to get it home when a snowstorm hit that meant it had to live with them for a couple more weeks (because we couldn't get it into storage in the snowy muddy mess of January this year). We are looking forward to our first camping trip this spring in our new Grand Design!"

"Had the best experience working with Parker to get our new RV. I came to Bretz wanting to trade in our current RV in for a custom built 399TH. I had worked with Parker for several months before actually placing this custom order to make sure that I found the right one! After deciding on which model was best, Parker and the team at Bretz were able to find a model that was already in the process of being built and was able to add my custom order to the build to expedite the process and have it sent to in a matter of months! Efrem was our business manager and he was able to get us the best deal for a loan and explained that when you shop with Bretz, you’re shopping with family and they are looking out for your best interest. Lastly, to the rest of Bretz team, you guys are hands down the best RV store I’ve ever been to. If the parts department doesn’t have it in stock, they will find it and get it to you the fastest possible. No one like a long queue at the service department, but Bretz RV services tries their best and works the hardest to get your needs accomplished for your RV.
