"So here is the deal... It's more expensive in brick and mortar stores compared to online, but in return you get to touch, see, and most importantly - walk out with what you wanted. If that's not a good enough trade off than go online. However - this company does a good job keeping it competitive with the reward setup. I can't tell you how many times I have received $30 off or basically a free 120ml bottle of juice. As for the staff...I don't want to throw insults, but I think some additional customer service / sales training would be a great ROI... EDIT: Overall 5 Star"
