"First time stopping at this location. I order a torta de lengua and it was okay. I think they should toasted the bread so doesn’t has to be soggy, it was like a torta ahogada . But the meat tongue was good. Service was great, clean restrooms."
"Pantera Market #2 offers a mixed experience. While the food is undeniably good and the selection of Mexican groceries is impressive, the overall visit is marred by the less-than-friendly staff at the register. The service lacks warmth and attentiveness, detracting from the enjoyment of the visit. On the positive side, the market's meat selection is outstanding, catering to those seeking high-quality cuts. With improved customer service, Pantera Market #2 could elevate its standing and provide a more inviting and enjoyable shopping experience for patrons. If you're willing to overlook service shortcomings, the market remains a solid choice for authentic Mexican food and grocery needs."
"Nothing special about the service. Nothing special about their prices. Nothing special about their selection… well…except for large quantity of moldy products on their shelves"
"Absolutely LOVE this place. Great products, but the real joy of this store (beyond their restaurant) is there carneceria (the butcher counter) where you can buy wonderfully prepared meats. I go there almost once a week to buy their pork Al Pastor meat - recognizable by the orange/red coloring and chunks of pineapple and onion. This is the BEST in the valley, and other Mexican stores can't even compare. Get away from boring grocery store taco seasoning packets and head to this delightful place the next time you want to have some LEGIT Mexican food!"
"Good adobada, chorizo and carnitas Tacos. Great value daily--and even better on Tuesdays when they are slinging tacos for just $1 each. The tortilla could use a bit more oil/fat/time on the grill, but all the fillings are good."
