"I told the guy exactly what I was wanting, the exact length of arrows. Exactly what I wanted. There was no doubt in my mind. I had to call my son to come help me and tell the sales guy I was correct. They were trying to tell me to come back with my husband as the items are a gift for him. The customer service in this place is going downhill. I love being treated like an idiot because I'm female. Had asked for the store manager and got the department manager that admittedly didn't know what he was doing with archery equipment. He admitted that he'd shot himself in the face with an arrow. Then was bragging about being a former cop. Mind boggling"
"I do like this store to some point. They don't have prices on a lot of their stuff. It happened to me twice and once to my friend. A product looks like it on a sales rack but with no price. I wanted it but was looking for a sale. Go up to buy it, and it is full price(saw it on amazon). So I bought it because I don't want to make it a big deal. I did want it. It is just frustrating, and I feel like the store needs a bit more organization."
"So, for those that aren't aware, Sportsman's Warehouse has been bought out by Bass Pro shops, which also owns Cabela's. What's nice, is that you would expect her to be better prices, and more availability, but that is the opposite. I came in looking for a handful of things, and none of them were in stock, or were no longer carried. The customer service was great though, and I only wish they would have had anything to purchase"
