"I know the showroom is great, and the in-person service is very nice. This review concerns what ordering a part or replacement shade for a fixture over the phone is like. We own a remodeling company here in town, and I do a lot of light fixtures and replacements when needed. In this case, I needed a light shade replaced. I called in August to place an order for a light shade replacement. The woman I spoke to did not seem confident of what she was doing. The phone call was easily 15 minutes long, and she took my credit card number down, telling me they would charge it when the shade came in. She mentioned that it could take a few weeks. Then September rolled around, and I was still waiting for word about the replacement shade order. So I called, and this time I spoke with Gary. I told him I'd placed an order and that they had my credit card number on file. He could not find the order. It did not exist. I was frustrated...I had given my card number over the phone for this order, and there was no record of the order being placed. Super unprofessional. After a while on the phone with Gary, I started to get bothered because it felt like he continued to talk over me. Each time I would start a sentence, he would interrupt. I finally butted in and asked for another order to be placed. He retook my information and placed the order. All the while talking over me as I was spelling my name or my street name...and low and behold...when he sent the first invoice,...my name was misspelled. I emailed him back and let him know it was wrong. I just wanted to place a simple order, but it took half an hour, and I was frustrated. During this call, Gary also told me that the shade would take a while to arrive, up to a few weeks. I said that was fine. Then mid-October rolled around and feeling very frustrated, I emailed Gary to ask what the eta of my order was. He responded, saying it had been re-shipped and would arrive in a few days, which it did. But how ironic it was rush shipped when I complained of the delay. It took two and a half months to get one light shade. Next time, I will call another company or order an entirely new fixture. I will not be a returning customer."

Matt was very helpful and helped us change some glass around to customize our fixture. The prices were very good too. I recommend checking this place out."
