"I came here to help a friend out with translating and the guy at the office was rude. He was cussing under his breath complaining about his job trying to communicate with Spanish speakers only, and cussing about the doors and a young lady didn’t know what door to come in from and he angrily said pick a door any door and she went up to the desk and said “buenos días” and he said very angrily “good morning, you gotta say it in English only speak English in here”. Like why you working at an IMMIGRATION office and be disrespectful to them. The other dude was nice but the one at the desk was disrespectful"
"The security guards were none stop cussing in the corner and when I tried to ask a question at the window they yelled at me and told me to stay away from the window"
"A bit surprised by the rash of negative comments. My experience was extremely pleasant. Went there for a biometric appointment. the security was cordial and respectful and lightened the mood right away. The place was empty at 8am and i was in and out in no time. The lady doing biometrics was cordial, to the point and efficient."
"the lady who been doing interviews abuses her power. if she don't like u then its more red tape, when u call she pretends to not hear and 3rd time she say hello I dont hear anything and then disconnect. make sure you do review after, if you victim of more red tape and her unwillingness to do to her job. now I have to wait another 30 days or less for 3rd interview and still no progress"
"The staff is respectable. Only women who submit citizenship forms are treated with hatred and racism. I came to the Department of Immigration on Monday 1/8/2018 at 3:00 pm The reason for the coming is that the forms I took from the immigration department were expired. The female employee with white and black hair spoke to me with racism and went beyond being an employee to hand over citizenship forms only. It is not her right to interfere with things that do not concern her. It was best for her to do her job and he only received the immigration forms and she must respected the immigration services department. she gives an ugly and racist picture of Immigration Service. . (( With all my respect for the Immigration Service ))"
