"Ten stars for Sierra and Killa! They’re both great! Buuuut, I get that price raises happen, but yours are a bit extreme sometimes. Slow down boss. Yea you’re the only gas station in your area, does that have to mean it’s ok to take advantage of people?"

"My recent stop at this gas station was a regrettable experience. The employee's rudeness was beyond anything I've encountered before. From a condescending attitude to outright hostility, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. It's baffling why someone so disdainful of customers would work in this field. I won't be returning, and I advise others to steer clear if they value respectful treatment. Most of the employees at the Ranch Market are alright but if you ever even think about making the mistake about going to this gas station avoid "The Lady" at all costs."

"This gas station was a nightmare from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was hit with a wave of disgust. The woman behind the counter must have taken rudeness lessons because her attitude was shockingly terrible. I tried to buy some chips and a drink, but it was like I had insulted her ancestors. Her icy glare and silent treatment made me feel like I was inconveniencing her very existence. I paid and left, vowing to never return. No snack or convenience is worth dealing with the sour and toxic atmosphere that this woman cultivates. I'll gladly drive the extra distance to avoid this pit of despair and its queen of hostility."

"The actual content of the store meets my expectations, and provides for what the store is, but I was unable to give more than one star because of a particular employee. I'm unaware of her motive, but some actions taken are relatively unreasonable. Over the five-six instances I went there, two of them included the same employee getting mad at teenagers for essentially doing nothing but giving them business. In the first instance, a friend of mine had purchased two slices of pizza and a drink. It took about four-ish minutes, before the employee had pulled my friend in the store for questioning, believing that he stole the items. This resulted in her having to check the cameras to see that he did in fact purchase the items, the whole time keeping him in the store and not allowing him to leave until she was done checking. The second instance was almost more ridiculous. The same employee as before had threatened to ban someone from the store who was "lingering" too long. The person was eventually kicked out because they didn't want to pay 53 cents for the free ketchup provided in the store. While I'm not sure why this person wanted an individual ketchup dip, I don't think it matters when it comes down to her trying to make him pay for something that is otherwise provided for free, especially for a whopping 53 cents. While the majority of my experiences here always end up leaving someone with an unpleasant day, I do want to say that all other employees at the store seem to be relatively normal people. In particular there's an employee with a name-tag simply labeled (to my best memory) "beard," he's a pretty cool dude, and I really hope if you ever go there he's on shift rather than anyone else."
