"I have been a customer for six years. I have purchased new cars at Larry Miller and use the free car wash deal once a month. Today, I picked up my car wash voucher at dealership, but then went directly home . I cleaned out my car while home, then drove the seven miles to the Emerald Stinker station to use the car wash voucher. Unfortunately, I forgot the voucher at home. There was a large build dark haired male working the Stinker counter. I told him what had happened with the voucher and how far I drove for car wash. He said "You can buy a wash, then come back with voucher and I will give you another voucher to use". This did not make sense to me. I began to leave the store, then had another idea. I waited until the busy long queu of customers was done, then I asked the clerk if I could purchase the car wash now in cash, then come back later with the voucher and be reimbursed. I know that is not usual procedure, but he was totally unwilling to work with me. I have gotten a car wash at this store for more than five years once a month. That is roughly 60 times. Each time I get the car wash, I fill my car with gas-$18-$20 each fill=$1,200 or so in five years. So, today I did NOT fill my car there.I will not put gas in my car at this station again until this situation is rectified."
"I stopped by there today June 25, there was an Hispanic looking man at the register then a couple behind him with a handful of items ahead of me. The Hispanic man had handed the woman at the register a 50 dollar bill to pay for his 6 pack of corona, she repeatedly asked him if he had any smaller bills, he obviously didn't speak English and she just kept raising her voice louder and louder and asking the same question as if yelling at him, sighing all loud and dramatically and pointing to the bill would make him understand English. The other employee saw that she was taking forever to finish the transaction and opened the other register, he helped the couple ahead of me, then me. The woman finally just finished the transaction with the Hispanic man, which means she had the bills in her register to break the 50 and she just did all that to be a jerk to that man. He walked out with me and kindly opened the door for me. It was painful to watch her treat him like that and definitely a time I wish I could've found the right words to effectively tell that lady off. I'm sure she had one of those pens to test the bill and she did have to change to break the bill, it couldn't have been more than a couple 20s and a couple 1s, a 6 pack is like 8 or 9 bucks? Some people's ignorance disgusts me. All he tried to do is pay for some beer and unfortunately encountered this ignorant being. I'll return to stinker stations because it's not the companies fault completely and the people at the stinker by my home have always been nice. But I hope Karma buts that lady in the ass."
"There was a time I would have given this location 5 stars. The last two times I went in, I wanted fruit. The first time was just before it went bad. This time I went in on June 6 (day before payday) and got an apple and an orange for $1.78. It may not sound a lot but it had to last me. Got home and the apple was 3/4 brown on the inside. The orange was revolting. Smelled so good. Took the peel off, And inside from the bottom of the orange up midway the orange was completely black with some places that looked like honeycomb, or even slightly like a spiders web. What a total waste of money. Because I do not have a car, and it was hurting me to get around, I did not return it but threw it away. Whoever their deliverer is, this has happened twice and the fruit is old and inedible."
"There are sham towels available should you need to wipe the drops off of your vehicle. The staff is diligent in offering. If not, go back in and ask. They're free!"
"I use their car wash regularly. It does ok if you wipe your car down with a clean dry towel afterwards."
