"My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Meridian a couple of days ago and spoke with Mary about a new dining room table. She helped us figure out measurements. There were 3 different tables we liked so we went home to measure our space and make a decision. We recently moved to Boise to be close to family and we knew our 2 person table wasn't going to be adequate. We decided on a table that seats 8 people and went back to the store to order it. Mary wasn't available so we were assisted by Kayla. She was great! We never felt pressured at any time. Their President's Day sale started and the table we wanted cost $100 less online. They matched the price. The table and chairs should be deivered within a few weeks. I'll update this review and include pictures when it arrives. Update: the table and chairs arrived. The delivery team did a great job. We love it. There's only one problem that we didn't see at the time of delivery. There's an gouge on the table top. Can someone from the store please call me about this? Follow up: Ashley sent a repair technician to my home and he fixed the gouge. If you didn't know it was there, you'd never see it."

"I don't particularly care for salespeople, but I was helped by TWO (one being a manager).Very friendly, answered my questions, pulled out the sofa-bed for me....no pressure. Two other couples were shopping for the same thing. We had a fun time checking out the sofabeds. I was very surprised by the low price...especially since the sofa-bed was comfortable! Furniture made in USA. Delivery fee reasonable. Best shopping experience I've had in quite awhile."

"Chris was absolutely amazing! Extremely helpful, let me browse with out hovering over me like some other places. Chris was very informative and thorough, he literally answered all my questions before I asked. I would highly recommend this store. I had the chance of interacting with 2 other employees and they were very kind. Great job to all of you as I truly felt that old ‘take care of the customer’ feeling. I was not pushed into buying more or spending more. I was told about different options and products and what made the different products better, but definitely not pushy. I was invited back and told about upcoming items and promotions. I have to say this is my best experience shopping in quite some time! "Ian at the meridian store was awesome! Unfortunately both of the peirs were broken when I opened the box. Working with the store to get a remedy, I highly recommend you have the warehouse open the boxes even if they are in good condition. (See attached photos)."
