"Wonderful food and even better service! We’ve had Ashley as our server before and I’ve got to say she is one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She’s patient no matter how busy she is and very polite, beautiful smile such a happy girl! She elevated my dining experience And I appreciate her effort. I hope to see her next time!"

"I don’t know where to even start. Food was a disaster. Fish was not fresh and very“fishy”, while the rice was at least a day old and had started to harden. I never complain, but I felt violated after this dinner. Price for a roll ranged from $21-24 for a single roll. Gyoza as an appetizer is 20 dollars. Satay was so dry. Dining room was freezing, servers did not even deliver chopsticks or soy sauce until we had to ask when the food arrived."

"Most amazing service I’ve ever had. I had Monica as my server and boy let me tell ya she was on top of it. Drinks were refilled before I even realized I needed one. My food was made exactly as I ordered it. She was very personable and attentive. Not to mention she smelled like heaven and her hair and make up was perfection. I wish I could have her as my server every time I go out to eat. 10/10 would recommend Monica."

"I went here the other day, and my servers name was Valentina and she may have been the bests server I’ve ever had before. She was kind and attentive and always made sure we were taken care of. Our orders were slightly complicated due to some allergies my parents have but everything came out perfect because she took note of all their allergies before hand. I will be coming here again because of how amazing the service was!"

"I understand that it was a holiday and it can become quite busy, however I am at a loss of words for the “meal” I received after waiting THREE HOURS in the waiting area for my To-Go order… I’ve attached pictures of the meal I received at 11:07 pm (3 hours after the allotted time I was told per the email). When I showed up to pick up my order at 8:20, I was told by the hostess that it would be “another 40 minutes before my order was ready”. Fair enough, but three hours is absolutely ridiculous. I was asked my name from the hostess about 8 times for my order, never getting told how much longer or any information. About 15 minutes before the 3 hour mark, a gal decided to tell me that they “ran out of some of the food for my meal” and offered me “more mashed potato’s” I think that’s ridiculous considering i spent $60…. She never offered a refund or anything, which I would’ve been glad to have taken. After finally receiving my food and driving home, I opened the box to find a far from $60 prime rib steak that was completely over cooked and paper thin. I’ve always enjoyed Kona grill in past experiences, but I won’t be back after this. I couldn’t eat more than 4 bites of a paper thin, fatty, extra well-done steak. PS - I have emailed the restaurant TWICE and have received no response. Pathetic."
