"Women’s restroom was dirty. They were busy so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but it took 30+ mins to get our order in the drive thru. We got a shake & there was barely any in the cup. The whipped cream didn’t even reach the top of the cup. We did eventually get all our food. Had to sit there and wait for them to come back to the window to get our straws. Food was ok. Lettuce and onions looks really old and slimy."

"Unfortunately sonic has gone way down hill over the past few years. Cold fries, cold cheese sticks, long long wait, which btw is fine if the food was amazing, but I wait and wait and wait then get cold limp, fries...... sonic used to be amazing."
"I have been to this Sonic multiple times and they've never gotten it right on the first try. This time it was cold, stale fries. Once, it was a burger that looked like it was dipped in grease. It's almost always a quality issue, even if the order is correct. It's almost as if they're intentionally trying to push the limits of food safety. If you order food here, check it carefully before you drive away."
"After driving 4 hours with 2 toddlers, we figured Sonic would be a great idea.. thankfully the food was hot, and drinks were cold, but as for cleanliness, that was so far from being possible. We cleaned off our own table and benches, and if it wasn't for the air conditioning, we would be smelling the oil drenched walls. There was no clean tables,which was odd since lobby was empty, doesn't look like the floor has been mopped in who knows how long. The restrooms were dirty as well. Soap dispenser coming off the wall.. the only good thing was that there was toilet paper and paper towels.. If you're gonna have a lobby for dine in services, please keep it up.. we would have just ate in our vehicle, and used a rest stop restroom."
