"The people here are SOOOO helpful! I went in here looking for my Alive! vitamins that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. They are the only store that carries them now. Since then, I've gone back for other things and will keep going back for all of my vitamin and nutrition needs. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions I have, they don't try to push things that you don't need, or try to sell things that are higher priced, they really care about what YOU need based on your body and nutrition goals. I'm so happy I found them."

"Helping a friend get his Vitamins and it went south real quick! 6 weeks ago he ordered some vitamins from this Vitamin Shop and was told it would it would take 2 weeks to get them from the warehouse. In 2.5 weeks it had not arrived. They claimed they delivered them to his house (which he had not paid for yet so that was not the truth). He went in and they told him the order was cancelled (why?) A store manager called Corporate and reordered them. They showed they had 93 bottles available to order and he wanted 3. And said a Corporate staff would call to explain/apologize. A lady called him claiming to be corporate and promised to have them available by this past Monday and that she would call him to verify it arrived....it did not arrive as promised, nor did she bother to do as she promised and call. So 6 weeks of run around, still no products. We checked in with them today, employee said she does not know what happened and why they were not shipped. We will never do business there again!"

"FALSE PRICING Employee Kyler tells me Bangs Bogo free. So I go to buy them and he tries to double charge me. He is then shown promo tag also and he refuses to give me price and gets an attitude. This is after me and 3 other customers watch him talk on the phone while we wait. Rude and shady"
