"Beautiful new remodeled building but terrible food! I got a spicy chicken sandwich that was so hard I couldn’t even bite through it. I try to avoid confrontation so I sent my child back to buy me another one. Same thing! What the heck happened!? This used to be a very good sandwich but both were hard with soggy breading. At almost $7 per sandwich, what a waste of money! And of course they didn’t give me a receipt so I could go back to get a refund."
"Really shouldn't charge so much for fries. Almost $4 for a large. I get that it is fast food but c'mon, that's almost the price of 5lb bag of potatoes. Take it easy on the people who keep you in business. You'll sleep better."

Recently went to the Wendy's with the family in Derby,KS. It was as expected a 5 star experience. Thanks to the employees who made that happen for us. Definitely would recommend and we will be back."
"9-9-2023 the store has reopened and they still can’t put the burger on the bun. My nuggets tasted old and dried out. I ordered a medium frosty and they gave me what I thought was a small. They insisted it was a medium. I asked for my receipt and instead of handing it to me they put it in the bag with the greasy fries."
