"EVERYTIME, I’m not even exaggerating, every.time. I go to this McDonald’s, the fries are NEVER fresh, ALWAYS cold. I avoid this location for that reason. But I didn’t want to go all the way to rock road this time and crossed my fingers for fresh fries… I go to pull away from the window and grab a fry and whata know, like warm French fries. I shoulda checked prior to driving away because I know better based on me knowledge of them being notorious for this…. PLEASE, Baltimore McDonald’s… DO BETTER. Make fresh fries if the others have sat there. If you need to taste test and check… DO IT."

"This is quite possibly, the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. I waited at the speaker after being greeted, for about 5 minutes. Because I'm typically very patient I didn't worry too much about it however this is not a single occurrence at this location as this happens every single time I go there. I checked to make sure my food was accurate when I was finally done, and to my surprise it was. There is only a 10% chance of that ever being the case and I usually have to make MULTIPLE visits into the building or back through the drive thru. About 6 hours after eating my kids complained of a stomach ache. Both ended up throwing up and have been ever since. We are assuming food poison because they had the same things. This location is so convenient and not until recently have I had so many issues. We will not be back thankfully."

"I was a bystander waiting for my order. But I was so disgusted by the staff I felt like I had to give a 1 star in the hopes a real manager might see this. I gentleman came into the restaurant shouting for a manager. And a timid lady approached saying she was the manager. The customer complained about being told to 'hurry up' while in the drive through. He was upset because how rude he felt this was. The manager only told him to not yell, and to not swear. Did nothing to actually make the customer feel heard. And he ended up storming out more upset than he entered. Afterwards, the manager goes over and starts joking with the employee the man was upset with. The employee said some troubling things. First she laughed at the upset customer and commented "that's so funny!" Then followed it up with "yeah, men are just gross" I sure hope men hating women, and unhelpful managers are not the staple employee McDonald's is after."

"I like to enjoy some McDonald's from time to time. This McDonald's is hit and miss. Sometimes you get cold and soggy fries. Sometimes you don't get anything unless you want to wait for thirty minutes. When everything is fresh and delivered in a timely manner than I have no complaints. Lot of work it takes to run a restaurant, takes an entire team! You guys are doing better than the Burger King down the road though, that's for certain."
