"We frequent this location and usually order the same sandwich at this location. It almost always tastes fresh and has ample filling. My main complaint is that this location almost always runs out of chips. It just doesn't seem like a hard thing to keep in stock. They typically substitute with a baguette tossed in the bag with no apology or message on my app. It seems like a weird side, since I'm already ordering a bread heavy sandwich. I feel like they can do better."

"I had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with this company. Some items that were ordered were no longer available, we were offered other items, which we weren't interested in. Contacted Customer Service and was refunded for the items and then some. Quick, timely resolution to the problem."

It's a darn good sandwich, and the preparation was well executed, but like most everything on Panera's menu, it's overpriced. It's not worthy of a repeat buy. The food gets 4 stars, the prices get 2."

"I would give it zero stars if I could. I order a deal they advertise on their window in big decal for $7.99combo as pictured. When we order our food, we can't see the screen but I could tell the total isn't right. I asked her if it's $7.99, she looked down on her screen and said yes it's $7.99. When I got the receipt, I looked at it and saw it was $10. I asked, THEN another server told me the deal starts tomorrow. The portion here is also TINY compared to other panera and quality is terrible. We would never come back! Deceitful advertisement and dishonest staff.I got a pick 2 half sandwich and my bf got a pick 2 but full sandwich, he paid doubled, but we both had the same size of sandwich (which were both small). That was just unbelievable that the whole and half sandwich size were the same but doubled the price, really a rip off."
