"Get it together manager. This location makes more mistakes than most, which suggest poor management. Today, I received the wrong drink, was directed to pull forward and park in a random spot when there were at least 4 other cars waiting. As expected, they forgot about me, had to go back through the drive thru, and my order was still messed up. Super frustrating. Seems like it’s 50/50 on receiving the right order."

"The McDonald’s just south of Derby High on Rock Road. An overall dependable McD’s when compared to the many flop stops of this chain. I’ve had some fair service and quickly made orders here, and there is plenty of space to dine in. Value pricing has faded out though and they can have some serious issues with food and employees. If it has to be the yellow arches then I recommend this one over most McDonald’s but don’t expect to be just lovin’ it."

"For a place that's supposed to be open 24hrs it sure does look closed at 0415. Trying to grab a quick breakfast everything says they are open 24hrs online even the app will let me order but yet when I get over here they are closed. Good job guys."

"The hours here are inaccurate. They are listed as 24 hours literally everywhere but any time you try to go between 3am and 5 AM, they are always closed without fail. They say it's for the system shutdown which is fine. I just don't understand why the hours have been inaccurate for well over 6 months. I don't care that they have to shut down the system. I do care that the hours are listed wrong. It gets annoying to drive across town because one location no longer has third shift, just to find this one closed as well. If your try to bring it up to anybody, you just get ignored or yelled at over the phone"

"food was cold. forgot sauces. forgot fries. didn't get a receipt. didn't fill the drinks all the way. i work fast food. it aint hard to take an order correctly. not to mention they weren't busy at all. there was one other car in the drive thru and like no one in the lobby."
