"Hands down the best customer service of any business. My tires weren't holding air, so I called 15 min before close to see if I could bring it in the next day, but Stefan said to come by that night since I lived down the street. I came in and unfortunately they couldn't patch, but they did have the model of tires I needed, so I asked if I could come in the next day since technically they were closed, and they said they'd do it right then and there. So impressed! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!!"

"I have to give credit where credit is due. On Tuesday. I woke up with a flat tire and after putting air into the tire and going to work, I decided to call Discount Tire. After speaking to Sean and asking no less than 10 questions that he answered to the fullest I decided to go in and get my tires replaced. I had to drive from McConnell to Discount Tire in Derby where they had my vehicle in the shop tires changed with me checked out back on the road and in my seat at work by 9:15 that same morning All of this happened in less than an hour. That’s great customer service, 10 out of 10 stars."

"Bought our last 2 sets of tires here. Today was the first time I went to get a flat fixed and they refused to fix it. I plugged it over 24 hours ago to get it home and drove it there today to fix it and they told me they have a rule if it's over 24 hours they won't fix it. Couldn't find that rule on their website. They lost us as a customer."

I have taken classic trucks to brand new vehicles and they always go out of their way to assure I am getting exactly what I want. Today they installed 4 in stock tries in 30 minutes. The customer service is top notch, and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. It sure is nice to have a top notch tire shop like this in Derby!"
