"I highly recommend not using this business for any insurance needs. After coming to them looking for a short term insurance policy to cover an injury, Matt sold us a high cost monthly plan that was labeled the best option to cover my surgery and PT needed. I explained many times that this was a preexisting injury and was skeptical that it would provide any financial coverage. Both Matt and Bruce reassured me in person that they had dealt with these scenarios before and that it would work itself out. After completing my surgery and necessary PT, all my coverage was rejected from the surgical center and PT center, stating that the plan sold to me did not cover any preexisting conditions. Their lack of accountable throughout the process was not something I would expect from any insurance broker and suggest using a different business."
