"Horrible Company on Jan. 5 th. 2024 friend of mine was riding from Seattle to Boise and they drop him off at Pasco and other bus didin`t even wait for him with other 10 people as well...asked them for refund and they rejected...:) Guys stay away from this company, they shouldn`t be in the business anymore..."
"I was ticketed on a Greyhound that departed Flying-J at 10:50pm on Christmas Eve heading to Salt Lake City. Discovered that MTR has taken over this Greyhound route and their bus was new, clean and well appointed. The driver was courteous, well informed and professional. This was the first time I had ridden a bus in years and was pleasantly surprised. The driver was not afraid to enforce the rules on assigned seating and confronted folks with annoying cell phones set on speaker: thank you. Congrats to the MTR company for provisioning buses between Boise and Provo that are exceptional and staffing with drivers that maintain a peaceful and quiet environment."
"No bus station here, it's a parking lot of a Flying J store that's overpriced. Passengers waiting to change buses stood around outside for over an hour. The two buses that arrived parked side by side & no info was displayed on either about which one to board. People & luggage all over sidewalk, unsure which bus to line up next to."
"My son just boarded his first greyhound bus to go visit his grandmother. Only it’s not a greyhound it’s old and there are zero accommodations. No Wi-Fi, No AC the seats are gross bathroom is gross. Very disappointed and they will not give me a partial refund or offer a discount for his return ticket ."
"I'm going to Austin and boarding in Boise. The station is decent. Service is busy maintaining buses. That is fine, I would rather be safe than sorry. I don't want get stuck on the side of the road for hours. I am early enough to get my bag checked and be first in line board. Unfortunately they have had to post zero tolerance for marijuana or alcohol. At least I won't have to watch people get drunk all day on the bus. The driver is nice."
