"The unfortunate downside of a booming economy is the loss of customer service. Businesses act like they could care less that a customer walks through the door. Mutual Materials is not that company. I've been there several times and each time I feel like they truly appreciate my business and are concerned about my project. Their staff are highly knowledgeable about their products and take great care in ensuring that I have everything I need and know how to install it. They are truly experts in their products and never sell you material and just let you figure it out. They have a large, very impressive showroom. Many great project ideas on display. I'm also impressed by their sense of community. They frequently have extras, overruns, and discontinued items in a "free" bin in front that other places would ordinarily just trash."
