From beginning to end they were absolutely delightful to work with, both worked tirelessly to help me find what I needed and for the best price possible. From kitchen to bath, the full remodel was so enjoyable working with them. And, if they were helping another customer when I would call, their client services team was always there to offer thorough help. Even when there was a hiccup with the tub delivery, Bailey passed along my comments and frustrations to the showroom manager who not only contacted me personally, but made a good faith effort to make sure I was happy, which I was! At the beginning of my remodel, I also worked with the other/large plumbing supply company in town. I always felt like I was bothering them and that they could care less about me or my project. I will never go back there. Just wish I had met Bailey and Leilani sooner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
