"Friendly enough, but if you don't have an account with these guys, you have to physically go to the store to place an order. They will not take payment over the phone or accept payment at pickup. Most people don't have the time to drive 30 minutes each across town to place an order for a $30 piece of roofing, then do the drive all over again to pick it up a couple weeks later. Pretty much every other business has figured out how to do this. Pretty incredible that ABC can't."
