"We are extremely disappointed with the engineered hardwood we purchased from T & A Supply. We have multiple dents in our floors and tons of scratches from our smaller dogs, moving furniture, etc. When a 30 lb. dog drops a bone it shouldn't damage your floor. All I want is to have someone come look at how the floor is wearing. I have left several messages (more than four) with our salesperson but he's never returned any of my calls. Ask your floor installer to find another supplier if he/she is purchasing from T & A supply."
