"Was priced out & told I could get material for a customer but there would be a 4-6 week wait because they had to get a full truckload of materials to go with our order -which as a distributer I completely understand and fully explained that to my customer. My customer decided to order it a day later and so I called Rugby to place the order and they took my order. THEN I was called back and told by Robert @ Rugby I couldn't get that material for my customer. Also, the "apology" I was given by Robert when I asked him what I was going to do for this customer now, was the cherry on top and why this review got wrote."

They don’t sell direct to the public, but I was able to work through Franklin Supply just around the block to allow me to pick through a unit of walnut and get my lumber for a project. Very helpful team there, but not designed for the novice."
