"Absolutely the worst person I've ever dealt in boise. I was in desperate need of a repair to my power steering unit. They worked on a car of mine before and were ok. So I called and gave my info. I think his name was Jeff called back and gave me my options. Get a new unit or he or i could find a used one. I told him I would get back to him. Called back the next day and asked what he world charge to put a new one in. He said $200-$250 for labor. I politely said let's do that because it would be easiest for him So he says "well did you order the part yet?" Confused I said no I haven't. He says "well do you want me to do it" I said well yeah, is that an option? He gets mad and says "Well yeah, that's how I make a living man" I said ok let's do that. He responds "you know what I'm just going to opt out of this" I said really? He said yeah because of the time I spent yesterday and today I'm just going to opt out. That's it Okay I have no idea why he got so mad. He presented me with my options and I chose the easiest one and agreed to the price. Not sure how much time it took him to look up the part online. Didn't think it took that long and if he had so much time invested in the transaction why walk away and be mean to someone being nothing but polite and reasonable. I guess they have enough business so the one star review won't hurt them. Just wanted to give a heads up to people thinking about going there. I wouldn't want them working on my car."

"Used this company 3 years ago and have not had any issues since then. Was headed out to a job this morning 3-21-2023 and heard a popping and clicking sound. Stopped by this morning cause they treated me right 3 years ago to see maybe if they could hear it and give me an idea if might hurt to drive more since this is my companyntruck. He tried to listen and did t really have an idea. Said to maybe take it to other mechanic that I might me using which there is no other cause I ha e not had any problems till now. Then mentioned i should maybe take it to a tire shop that I might use. When I said if it is even that I don't know. He waved his hand and said I am not going to argue with you, at which I wasn't even arguing I was just asking questions and then he walked away shaking his head. I realize people are behind and back logged. I was not asking for a miracle just if it would hurt driving it to another mechanic shop. Not very professional at all in how he treated me. Will not be using these guys any more in the future"
