"I am new to golf and wanted to go to the PGA store and see what they had to offer. Went in the PGA store today and was greeted by a young man working there. I Walked around and wanted to hit some balls in the hitting range and it was $30 an hour! That’s crazy.. I also was wanting to test out used clubs in the PGA store. Went to Golf Galaxy and it was FREE for testing out used clubs that where in the store. I also got a demonstration from one of the workers at golf galaxy on how to hit a ball and use a perfect swing and stance. The PGA store never offered that. It also gave me a weird vibe while in the PGA store. Also the used clubs at the PGA store are WAY overpriced it was crazy how much they wanted over the other places! Very disappointed in this place and the other golf stores offered better.. 1/5"
"Posting this in hopes the corporate office will notice. The store seems to have good personnel but clearly understaffed. Corporate needs to allow more hours, more club techs if they're going to offer services. I don’t recommend club service at this store as the lead time is too long."
"Called and asked if they had a golf bag in stock. Was told to look online, so I did. It was in stock, so I went in. Looked at bags for an hour. Was never told hello, goodbye, nor offered help or advice (did almost make eye contact with a couple associates). I left and ordered a bag from World of Golf. They were super nice when I went there, and they took my order over the phone. I hope customer service improves because it was sad."
"Worst experience ever!!!! I went in to get a new driver and maybe a 3 and a 5 wood. The first guy I meet was on hiw lunch break but took the time to hook me up with another employee. (So far so good). The new guy put me in screen room to swing some drivers. He checked on me an and then just disappeared no help no follow up just gone. So disappointing was looking forward to new clubs. I will not go back to that store again."
"As if Trader Joe's lot wasn't bad enough on its own - now there are golf nut drivers sharing it too. I'm sure there could have been a better use of this real estate. There is nothing in that store worth cutting someone off to snag a parking spot. It'd be one thing if it was a single occurrence, unfortunately it's happened on multiple occasions since opening. The caliber of people shopping at this place and their individual ethics are sincerely questionable and is a direct reflection of the business luring them in. Yes I get that it's a new store, no need to respond. People are just rude, there is no way to fix that."
