"I just relocated to the meridian Idaho area. Went into this familiar store from my old state.Not the same at all. Two young girl employees did not greet anyone and were sitting in the two counters behind the cash register? Wth! Not helping or talking to anyone! The store was busy with at least 7-8 people not including my daughter and I. So if this reaches the owner…be careful who you employ or have managing your business. These ladies did not care and it was clearly evident."

"The best costumer service I’ve ever had. All the staff was kind, super generous and sweet. They made sure I found exactly what I wanted in exactly the right size. I wandered in the store for probably an hour, and every staff member there on July 21st put in their best effort and made me feel very confident in what I was wearing! Being an XL-1X, it’s hard to find good clothes sometimes and they found plenty of items for me. 10/10!"

"I was able to catch some awesome clearance sales. I love the tops that I got they are cute, stylish, and have been holding up well so far. The workers were kind and thoughtful. They were helpful in getting me all of the possible discounts. I can't wait to go back for more clothing needs."

"Okay. Wow. So I procrastinated and waited until I had 4 days left to find a dress to wear to a wedding this weekend. I had been to probably 3 other stores in the Village and my last attempt was Francesca’s. I had 30 minutes left until I had to rush over to work so I was on a time crunch. I rush in and start scanning the racks for a specific style — being on a time crunch I was pretty focused. Emily introduces herself and offers assistance if I need any. I said I was fine, but I think she could tell I was in the market for something specific. Politely and friendly, she asks what I’m looking for. I explained to her that I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. And she immediately said she had just the thing. She asks my dress size, shoe size, and in a flash comes back over to me with an adorable wrap dress. I try it on and it’s perfect. The whole outfit. Dress, shoes, necklace and all. Is exactly what I’d been stressing all day to find. I purchased the entire outfit, and she had me rung up and out the door in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be going back. And when I do, I hope my gal Emily will be there. Such a great experience. I received top notch customer service today. So if you stop in and see Emily, give her a high five. She deserves them all!"
