"I enjoy the fact that there is always someone you can find that is helpful. I also found competitive prices with other home improvement stores. The store is sometimes limited but a good online catalog that has so much more."
"FRAUD!! Purchased an open box freezer that was a returned item from previous customer. I plugged it in just to find it does not work at all. I called Lowes just to find that they are not willing on taking it back... how does that make any sense whatsoever? It's not like I bought this from a garage sale ?! I was literally sold a very expensive item that is non operative and completely useless and a company as big as Lowes is refusing to take responsibility for not checking their items prior to selling them to a retail customer."
"I go to Home depot alot, but Lowe's really takes care of you the customer, their staff is eager to help with all of your needs! Unlike Home depot where you have to look for a staff member 99% of the time, Lowe's staff will find you 99% of the time. I've had good experiences every time at Lowe's! Thank you Lowe's staff!"
"If I could give zero stars I would, we received the worst customer service here. Chris (from the appliance department) gave us horrible attitude when we came in to ask for help on a missing part from our fridge. We got a fridge delivered and they didn’t have a part needed for our fridge to work properly so they told us to go to the store to pickup the missing part. When we got there to the appliance center we expressed the issue to Chris. He said that we came in last minute to get this issue figured out. He proceeded to flip the display fridge to its side without telling my husband and almost hit him in the process. He screwed a piece of the fridge off and gave it to him and stormed off. On our way out, we expressed our concern with the horrible customer service from Chris to an employee up front (blonde lady with glasses) at the customer service desk and she herself said that we shouldn’t have come in late and that it was our fault it happened, although we came in at 7:40pm (closing is at 8pm). I would never recommend anyone to come and get treated so horribly for an issue that was Lowe’s in the first place. If we received all of our parts with the fridge delivery, this would have never happened and we would’ve never had to come all the way back to Lowe’s to pickup a missing part."
"Lowes is fine. I have to say though- and have complained to every Lowe's employee over the years-WHY do you stuff your lumber aisles full of lumber carts? When I am buying 16ft long material and I have to maneuver around your rows of carts or go all the way down and U-turn to shop the other side of the same aisle it is such an annoyance. Please just stack them outside like a normal store and stop creating clutter in the aisles. Thank you!"
