"I used to love this store. Recently, I am not sure what has happened. They treated my daughter, who has mental health issues, very poorly when she went to pick up my online order. My other shirt was delivered the next day, and the following day, it said online that it was picked up. I called to see if it was still there and it wasn't. The main CS told me they would just give me a refund. I got the shirt half price during a BOGO, which is no longer available. Prior to that, I spoke with CS, and they promised another shirt was not canceled, and I would receive it. However, it was canceled, and I lost the $15 off coupon!"

"Worst customer service experience I walked into the store the ladies behind the counter were busy talking to each other never said anything to me regarding if they could help me then I waited for a changing room and no one would help me so I finally went just into one very unprofessional maybe they should have self check out then they would not have to deal with customers the older lady you could tell she did not like her job I really believe customer service makes a difference"

"I love Maurices. They usually have really cute clothes but I went in a few days ago and wasn't impressed at all. I'm sure it's just this season and they'll have good things again after Christmas. They're always nice there and definitely helpful and that never seems to change fortunately."
