I had to ship it back to sender due to the way it was ordered. It was an online purchase for my job through Staples Advantage website site so it had to be shipped back. They were very helpful in making sure that was the correct way to return the items."
"Great staff no matter what time of day. Remembers at least most of their customers especially the regulars, accurate and they do go out of their way to double check for items in stock (if your in need of a particular item they don't have up front but often carry) knowledgeable tech support (at least in the fields they are assigned to and some can sometimes flex other positions in the store) and some of their employees do go above and beyond expectations especially compared to other stores."
