"Usually my Costco visits are 5 star. I must have hit them on a bad day. First I went to the rest room after I shopped but found a dude just starting to put my groceries back. It was no longer than 10 min. Okay not that bad I could tell he was new and they gave him busy work. Now for the big complaint. I got gas and they have new pumps that don't allow topping off. Updated Review. They seemed to have fixed the sensitivity issue with the pump shutting off early. So back to 5 stars."
"It seemed like it was a great place to go to get the biggest bang for your buck. I don't think it is so much any more. You really need to compare. Occasionally they have a great deal on certain items, but I've found other businesses have better prices."
"With four teens at home to feed, house, and clothe, Costco is awesome. We get most family necessities in bulk and save a ton of money buying here. The membership pays for itself. PS. Three out of four of my teens love the hot dogs at the Costco restaurant. It's a quick and easy dinner on a shopping night. Don't judge me. ;)"

Sometimes doing little things like this ensure a business keeps a life-long customer!
