"Went in to replace 4 smoke detectors which couldn't stand up against my cutting board being swung at them. In my defense, I kept shouting at the deceased that I was cooking, and they didn't need to be so sensitive. I would have invited them to eat, but they didn't have mouths... The sweet employee was incredibly sympathetic about my loss and even offered to assist in the arrangements of replacement smoke detectors. She could tell that I was truly sorry for my actions and suggested several items in the way of retail therapy to help my grief subside. I will be forever grateful for the Lowes staff for their kindness and not casting shame upon me for my actions."

"Home Depot didn't have the dishwasher we wanted in stock. So we head to Lowe's. Had a very helpful sales associate in the dishwasher area. He even checked in the back to see if it was in stock and checked us out and helped load in our vehicle. Very nice store. Love the wide aisles."

"Update: Ever love a fridge? This Haier 4 door, will impress the frick right out of you. 16.8 cu ft. Gorgeous organization. Deep enough freezer drawers. Can add ice dispenser later. Zero Noise. Completely in love. Was worth the wait!!! Nampa: Amazing dedication for a refrigerator purchase that occurred out of state, that never made it to Idaho. Mario (supervisor in the warehouse) was super nice and helpful through email & a couple calls, to keep me updated, and then when he spoke to Kristi (Manager) about the order (I hope I’m spelling her name right), she took over & remedied the shipping issue and reordered it. She kept on & made herself available, which was incredibly helpful & I admire both of their work ethics. I have no doubts on its upcoming delivery, & am very satisfied with the resolve. Thank you both so much! I will update with pics when it arrives!"

", it's a pretty good place to shop I always know where everything is that I need helpful pretty decent prices on stuff I brought my big compressor there and I'm pretty happy with it. It was a little frustrating with this tub and shower system though I had to go back a couple times to make sure and get the right things"
