"Went to this store at 9:42pm on October 6th 2023. 18 full minutes before it is posted that they close. I walked up to the store, the open sign was aglow I grab the door handle give it a tug and it is locked. I see a guy in a gray shirt counting his till I over exaggeratedly stood looking at the hours sign and back at him we looked at each other he looked extremely annoyed and then a young girl working there steps out from the back he instructs her grumpily and she peps over, unlocks the door and pokes her head out and asks what I need and I counter her question with a question “Did you guys close early?” And I get ANOTHER QUESTION “are you paying with cash or card? I say cash and she tells me she’s sorry she can’t help me… 18 minutes before close I was blown away. Idk who that manager was that particular evening but he lost you a customer. I will never go back to this autozone. I’m not one to really review especially negatively or to call someone out but this dude set something off in me"
"Well staffed for a Sunday friendly help to get new parts and battery for my truck. I don't understand the core charge if I'm going to change it out in the parking lot but it's all good."
