"I worked with Zander on getting some composite-toed sneakers and he was awesome, asked some probing questions to better determine what I wanted/desired and we went through a couple options before he ordered me some Strikefast Protect sneakers, even helped me figure out the width of my foot to get some better fitting shoes, had outstanding customer service and was personable and didn’t try to push sales at all. Overall outstanding customer service in the store and a nice, clean sales floor."
"I stopped by the under armor Outlet three times in the last four weeks. I was looking for Specific items. Based on calls to the store, they said they have the items I wanted in stock but when I got there, no one in the store knew where those items were. I spent about 15 minutes, searching the store, unable to find the items."
"Horrible customer service. The first girl helping me couldn't find me by the email address I have associated with my UA account. When I presented her with my coupon UA had emailed to me she told me to wait and proceeded to stand around while she waited for a manager to come up front. (I felt like she could have used this time to bag my items and she could have informed me why she needed to call a manager for a coupon instead of having us stare at eachother awkwardly) The manager was extremely rude. When I presented my coupon to her she snorted and said "that sucks. We don't accept those coupons." Why would they email me a coupon that their own company won't accept? I would have gladly proceeded with the transaction if the managers attitude wasn't so bad."
"Always a great experience when me and my family and I visit this store. The staff are always very welcoming and great with helping with any question! I love the variety they have here and the style they carry. And they always seem to have great deals. We went for some shoes and sandals and can always find a comfortable fit in many different selections. They also carry a good size selection for kids! Good vibes"
