I need the owner to reach out because she also lied on the tip total. Tipped 3 dollars the second time due to the attitude and I just got notified I was in fact charged almost double. "I spent some good hours at Mulligans' for a couple of times during a two week vacation in Boise. The pub is spacy, offers great atmosphere, a excellent selection of drinks and snacks (I loved the corn dogs), and a nice selection of pinball machines. The staff is very friendly. I like this pub a lot."
