The Wylder

"If I had to take an out of town visitor to one place to eat in all of Boise it would be The Wylder. Food, atomophere, and service is amazing. Just make sure to get there early on the weekends because they don’t take reservations. (Not to worry, Boise Brewing would be happy to have you for a quick beer during your wait.) We go to the Wylder for every occasion from take out to wedding celebrations and everything in between. I love that you can order half and half pizzas to try multiple flavors and the salads/brussel sprouts are great. Best pizza place ever!!!!"

"I've been hoping to try this restaurant for a few years now after hearing many great reviews. Sadly, it's nearly impossible to eat in person, unless you want to wait a few hours. We finally ordered takeout and the food was excellent. The pizza was perfect. Plenty of sausage and sauce and just the right amount of sauce and excellent crust. The meatballs were cooked to perfection and the marinara sauce was delicious and you could tell it was homemade. Hopefully in the future there will be a system for making reservations online."

"My daughter and I came and ate at the Wylder on a daddy/daughter date. The server was super friendly and was helpful giving us pointers on the menu. The food came out hot and fresh (and fast) despite a completely full restaurant. I'd recommend reservations, but we were fine without them just the two of us (sharing a table with other guests was new for me, but worked out fine). Looks like they offer take-out also !"

"Best place in Boise I’ve been to in awhile, and we’ve lived here ten years! The service and environment of the restaurant are impeccable. The pizzas were delicious! We got the Bronco and the Gem State of Mind to try a red and white pizza, and both were incredible! We will be back soon! You won’t regret visiting this hidden gem."

"Another great restaurant downtown. Food and service were both great. The types of pizza are all really good and many have a slight twist on a classic flavor and are quite good. The drinks are great too. There is often a wait but it's worth it."
