"0 stars. If you think that a shopper is a thief for NO reason in the first place but you feel you have to say something to another staff member to "watch" someone. Then PLEASE oh PLEASE make sure that the person you are talking about is not in hearing distance from you. Pick your head up and scan the room before you radio it. I have never felt so insecure and angry over something so ridiculous. SO RUDE! I tried to just let it go and continue on with my day but I just cant let this ignorance go. I have never been a thief and to hear someone saying to another person over a radio to Keep your eyes open for me. DISGUSTING!!! You once had a loyal shopper but I will never step a foot back into your stereotyping store. I hope that nobody ever has to go through what I went through because it does not feel good at all. Who wants to go somewhere that is fun and get shamed for absolutely nothing. SAM get a job that's not in customer service because you are very very bad at it. I will be contacting management."
