Boot Barn

"Worst customer service I have been involved with.. one worker in the back told us we could place this order online and get our items in 5-10 minutes.. well after she went home and we sat there for 1 hour and 45 mins the store manager finally decided to come talk to us.. she said oh I don't know why she would tell you tell you that it will be a few hours.. so we leave to go get ready for the party we were shopping for.. she said come back in about an hour.. we call customer service that told us it was up to the store to give us the items they have and get the shipment sent to them to replenish not them since they confirmed the purchase was complete... we called the store manager back and told her that and she said she can't do that... so we have spent over $600 today in boot barn and they can't and won't help us!! The items are sitting on their register waiting for pick up but they won't give them to us.. they would rather lose money and customers then make something right! I will make sure everyone that rides and wears western attire that I know of to not purchase through them... this is beyond frustrating they already have my money but won't give me my items!!"

"My son and I went to buy him some work boots, and the store was very limited on styles and his size boot (a size 13). Even though the store was clean and well organized, the staff hovered around us while he was trying on boots and made us feel very uneasy, almost like they thought we were doing something wrong."

"Nice clean store with a good selection of boots and clothes. But I bought a nice pair of cody James boots from them, wore them once and the heel fell apart. Unfortunately the week after I bought them I had an accident that landed me multiple surgeries and unable to walk for 3 months. I went back in to exchange the boots for another pair 3 months later when I could finally get around on crutches. The manager was completely unempathetic to the situation, regardless of the fact I am standing there on crutches. Because the associate who checked me out told me nothing about needing to sign up for an account to get them to honor any sort of warranty or exchange, I made it clear that I wouldn’t have been able to bring them back in 30 days even if I wanted too. Managers response was “try returning them to Boise, they are more willing to break the rules”. I’ve spent a few thousand at boot barn over the years, but you should save your time and just go to the new D&B 10 Minutes down the road incase you ever have issues, they will take care of you."

"I found a jacket at a Boot Barn store out of state. I didn’t purchase it at the time, but kept thinking about it. When I got home, I went to the Boise store and they no longer had it in stock. Bummer. I stoped by the new Nampa store and I spoke with Calvin. Talk about customer service!!! Calvin went above and beyond to locate the jacket in a different state(and not the state I originally found it) and had it shipped to the store, free of charge. I was so excited to finally have my favorite new leather jacket. Thank you, Calvin. I will now always shop at Boot Barn Nampa first, because of employees like you!"
