"I did not have a great experience at all. My exchange pair of shoes came with blue marker on the side. Very disappointed with my entire experience from start to finish. I’ll write them off as a loss as I had already exchanged a previous pair for them and don’t wish to spend the time exchanging items. I will never shop here again. I wouldn’t even give 1 star but you have to in order or leave a review. Sincerely dissatisfied."

"Fantastic customer service! I'm pretty sure that it's the vest customer service experience I've ever had. I noticed a defect in one of the shoes I purchased, but didn't notice it until quite a while after ordering them because I hadn't worn them, or even tried them on. I didn't expect a refund or exchange because it was my fault for not noticing in so long. However, I sent an email with images and they promptly responded and sent a new pair. I will definitely be ordering again in the future."

"Oh my goodness, I am positive that people everywhere can hear me screaming in delight!!! Pictures DO NOT do these boots justice. It is not only the boots that brought such a smile to my face, but the sight when I opened the box. A personal letter sealed with a wax seal thanking me for my purchase.
