"I contacted For Pets Sake about boarding my 2 dogs for five days. I met with Mr West and toured his facility. We talked at length and I liked him and his facility. The day I was to leave town. I called him as I was instructed to do, no answer. I called once more then decided I would just take my dogs to his facility/house. Couldn't find anyone. I returned home and called again still with no answer. I ended up having to call around and board my dogs last minute with someone else. And I was 3hrs behind on travel. I never even got a return phone call."
