"My wife ordered a coffee with coconut milk as she is highly allergic to dairy. They sent her regular milk instead. She spent the next 6 hours on the toilet in terrible pain and wound up bleeding from it. She called them to let them know their mistake, and they wouldn't admit any wrongdoing. They were very rude and all they said was "we will check the cameras" My wife only called to inform them of the mistake and have them be a little more careful in the future, but they got incredibly defensive. We won't be ordering here again."
