"I order a pineapple refresher here and I asked for extra ice and blended. Not only did they charge extra 75 cents compare to other locations they didn’t make it right. The drink tastes horrible, watered down and melted within seconds. And the girls working behind the counter are super rude, and not friendly. They couldn’t care less about making your drink right. So disappointed and so so overpriced. And YES I WAS OVER charged. Even though the girl RUDELY told me I wasn’t"
"The two waitresses in the morning are only care about continuing small talk with each other in their own language, no smile on the face and very sloppy attitude. I ordered a chestnut praline latte and it doesn’t looks like the picture at all, they gave very little amount of cream and come with a lid. The picture doesn’t come with a lid though! I have a picture that my friend ordered from the other Starbucks store and the other one is mine, hers’ looks like more authentic and mine looks like a fake one."
