"Staff was rude and in a hurry! The girl with two tone hair in the morning was rushing and not paying attention to her customer. I tried to add something to my order and she said I would have to wait until she was done with my drink. I let it go and went on with my day. I went back again and this time an older lady with light brown hair and a beanie, who was loud helped me. She said she was in charge of all the stands. I tried to tell her what had happened previously but she ignored me, kept talking loud, while making my drink and asked if I would like to add a pastry. I was so furious, if this lady is in charge of all the Human Beans they have more issues than they know. She apparently doesn't realize that her competition is around the corner and that is where I will go next time! I don't want any thing from this brand anymore, I just want to point out thier issues. Maybe a letter to corporate might help!"
