Giving two stars only because of the friendly lady that took my order. Otherwise, it would have been 1 star. I ordered a salted caramel mocha.. and there was ZERO salted caramel flavor. It tasted like hot water with a splash of regular coffee in it. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning."

"I used to be a big fan of Human Bean until recently! This morning they handed me my iced coffee, with nothing but tiny flecks of ice on top of what looks like extremely watered down coffee. The cup was also warm to the touch. I knew by looking at it that I wouldn’t be able to drink it. Today was also the 3rd time that their app has been “down”, after I added money to my card. I was unable to use it and had to pay using another method. The customer service was absolutely rude, it seems to be hit and miss depending on who I get but normally they are super friendly! I’ve never had such a poor experience and I will not be returning."
