"02-27-2023...walked into the store to find some parts. Usually get greeted as I enter, not this time. Walked the store for ten mins looking for what I came for. Walked past 5 employees. No one helped or even asked me what I was looking for. The employees were too busy talking to each other about what took place the night before. Another customer came in and stood at the counter...he wasn't helped for nearly 5 mins as the employees kept chit-chatting amongst themselves. I stood behind the other customer waiting my turn to ask for help. Once the customer was helped I walked up to the counter and the employees went back to talking with each other. I waited an additional 3 mins before I left the store. 25 mins in the store, 5 employees on scene....and no one helped me. Not good. After speaking to other locals and friends.....the way I was treated at this location is common. People drive across town just to not go to this location, I can see why now...."
