"Called during the aftermath of the massive freeze, despite being inundated with burst pipe calls due to the cold temps and being down a front end scheduler Amy still made sure to call after hours and get information to figure out the best course of action to determine who to send out to troubleshoot the leaks in my laundry room. The tech they sent was extremely knowledgeable and quickly troubleshot the source of the leak and after determining the cause was not the heater, removed it to find a burst pipe behind it. He was able to get that pipe fixed and added a cap to the other leaking spot so we would be back in action and have functioning water again! Would highly recommend for any plumbing mishaps, renovation plans or otherwise!"
