"Went to buy a set of magnetic screwdrivers. There are so many of screwdrivers and after searching for 10 minutes and can not find one. Asked a woman staff who is supposed to greet customer for help and she did not even try to help. It is tough for Harbor Freight to open a local store and compete with Pullman Building Supply. But they just lost an opportunity to win another customer with horrible customer service and lost a customer permanently. No surprise this place would be out of business soon. Never go there again."
