"We absolutely love Dr Cole! He is amazing and always listens to our kids and us parents! He is the most popular doctor there,he is always booked up! Dr. Fangmeier is ridiculous though. Once we spent 2 hours waiting for her to finish taking her lunch before taking 2 stitches out of my daughters head and no we didn't just show up, she had an appointment. Plus she does not give good medical advice, I'd rather take my kids to the ER for a simple cold than go to her. But Dr. Cole is the BEST!"

"My son has been coming here since he was 6 days old, immediately with Dr. Cole who we absolutely think is one of the coolest docs out there BECAUSE when I was worried as a first time mom about my son, bringing him in 2 different times, he assured me everything was normal & that I was doing just fine taking care of him, &just the little assurance helped ease my worry & after a year I'm sure it's the same. We would still use him for his yearly appt if we weren't between insurance!"

"Literally a 2 hour visit for basic immunization shots. Would have gone somewhere else had we known the wait. Ask about the expected time and reschedule to avoid wasting your time. Can we bill them for waiting?"

"This clinic has recently renovated with fresh art on the walls and new furniture and rugs—that goes a long way in my general perception of the place! My daughter has been seeing doctor Fangmeier for her first two years and we’ve always had good experiences. The doctors and nurses and staff have all been gentle and friendly. Just once (two years ago) we waited 50 minutes to be seen, but in our eight appointments since then we’ve always waited just ten minutes or less. So I guess they got those long wait times fixed. I just docked one star because the healthy and sick kids share the same waiting room. But it’s never very busy; we rarely see other kids there at the same time as us."

"I have always felt that Sager Creek Pediatrics is a safe and clean environment. I may not always be seen exactly at my appointment time, but I would much rather the doctor be thorough when I am actually seen than rush through my appointment just to be "on time". The staff has always been friendly and competent, and the atmosphere manages to be appropriate for both toddlers and teenagers. I am so glad that Sager Creek Pediatrics is an option in my community."
